"Gail is the biggest problem there. They really need to get rid of that one. She doesn’t even know what she’s doing. She is totally under qualified for her position. Wouldn’t be a bad place if people knew how to do their jobs sufficiently."
"Never ever move here . You would be treated better if you lived under a bridge. Or in a tent by the river."
"I wish there was something less than a star. This for stoneview management. They would literally lie on your face. Keep making requests. No one is gonna listen. They are just there to collect rent and lie to tangents on behalf of gold mark."
"Great security. Clean. Kind maintenance. Useful community room and exercise room. and there is a ton of off-street parking which is great."
"The other reviews are right on the money. The land lady, Gail, is all smiles when showing the apartment. After you sign the lease, good luck trying to get a hold her for anything. After my lease was up, me and my parents spent hours cleaning every spot in the apartment and I didn't damage anything. I was hoping to get at least half my deposit. She gave me 20 bucks back because she said the top of the cabinets were dusty and they needed to clean them (I cleaned the top myself). regardless of if they were dusty, does that justify 280 dollars worth of work?? Also everything that they advertise as amenities are so broken that you can't use them. washers and dryers are terrible. walls are paper thin. I could keep going but I think I made my point. Gail is enough of a reason not to rent from this property."
