"Great place to live, I'm really picky so that's saying a lot. Maintenance is done doing after a request I logged. I love the constant communication about work being done around the building. There is a fitness room which is perfect if your goal is to stay in shape in the winter."

"We are neighbors of this property and their trash is constantly blowing out of their dumpster and into neighbors property and city owned property. They have refused to resolve this issue OVER AND OVER again for over a decade now. Absolutely terrible neighbors!!!"

"Some of the staff can be very rude and insensitive. Alot of stealings going on at the crystal creek apartments. the the apartment staff don't put in any effort like aleast try to put in cameras. Alot of stealing bn going on especially with mails bn put at the door. The staff won't understand how frustrating this problem has become, they ignore everything. The only best thing about this apartment, are the maintenance people...they are very nice n respectful"
