"At first it was a nice place to live,but now you can't even have a nice quiet time without people yelling and arguing in the hallways,tbh I don't know why the office, havent said anything about it,I have leave in very bad neighborhood,and never experience this disturbance,adults yelling?and blasting music? specially in the middle of the night,not to mention the hallways are use as dumpsters,I don't think is fair not only rent aren't exactly cheap ,but having to get to deal with disturbance, is not fair for anyone."

"Worst place to live. On the day we moved in we where there for under 2 minutes when my dad sunk into a decent hole in the living room on the 3rd floor. This was when we moved the first item into the apartment. Went told the main office. Maintenance came up said he’d have it fixed in a week. After 4 years of living there and 6 request to have it fixed never got done until we said we where moving out. We even got charged for it. They left our living room a disaster for 2 weeks fell over the carpet and landed on a tack strip. This isn’t even the worst part seen people sleeping in the hall ways multiple times. Our thermostat went out and they didn’t fix if for over a year. Cold winter and they only fixed it when our pipe broke causing the whole block to lose heat. Put 2 request for that. But all and all not a great place to live pic of how they left our living room the last 2 weeks.oh and trash bags get left where ever the people please."

"He was just great. Get my sink unplugged. He worked on it until it was unplugged. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. Great job. I was very pleased. I give him a give star rating."

"Any time I need maintenance they are very prompt and efficient. And I never miss or loose any packages delivered. The office readily accepts the package. In fact I have one delivery order that routinely comes twice a month from Moms meals that weighs over 26lbs and is too heavy for me to carry so an office gal will bring it to my door for me. Thank you so much for that! I really appreciate it"
