"Most racist tenants I’ve ever had"
"When we first moved into these apartments, the older building in 2019 they were pretty nice for the price. They quickly went downhill. Garbage everywhere in the parking garage. There's not enough dumpsters for both buildings so trash is overflowing. Pet owners don't pick up waste. My daughter who still lives here has had her car broken into while IN the underground parking two times. Once on Christmas Eve and all her gifts were stolen. I have seen roaches on the wall on the first floor. If you can, spend a little more to rent elsewhere."
