"Will not ever contact or consider this place again. 5 years at 900 bucks a month. $54,000 we gave in rent. We decided to buy a house, we turned in our 60 day notice. Did a full check out after cleaning entire apartment top to bottom, they cleared us with a signed paper stating we will get our deposit back. One month goes by, we thought we finally got our deposit back in the mail. Opened it. $1,200 bill with 30 days to pay or goes to collections. Do not rent from them. I promise you will regret it.They should feel bad. We spent every penny we had for our down payment for our house, with 22 days to pay them before they sent to collections. I have proof of all of this if richfield doesn't like my review. I'd gladly take this review down if my money is paid back."

"I love the Richfield office/staff. They are always so friendly and helpful whenever I go in. Whenever I've had an issue they are quick to help me. Brook the manager is probably one of the kindest landlords I've ever dealt with. You can tell she loves her job and cares so much for her residents. Erika the leasing staff is very polite and professional whenever I call in a work order and they are over within a day to fix the problem! My apartment home is so warm and cozy, the building is always super clean and well-kept. I would highly recommend renting with them. Been the best living experience."
