"The management seems to not care when garages are being broken. We got robbed twice, and all what they said is “we can’t do anything”. Don’t waste your time and money to clean your apartment before move out, they will charge you even if you bring a cleaning company to get your apartment cleaned. At least the maintenance guys are quick to respond and very pleasant to work with!"

"Been living here for a year. Within one month. Garage got robbed at night lost a lot of stuff. Package got stolen. Call the company said camera is not working that day. Basically it is a very unsafe apartment building to live in. Potential renters please try to live somewhere else safer."
"I have lived here for nearly 4.5 years. I chose it over nearby apartments in the area because it is on the edge of town, thus not surrounded, is nice and quiet, and the exact apartments I wanted was available. I love it here. The staff are very responsive to any issues I have had here, and aren't at all intrusive. My neighbors are quiet, the price is fair (hope it doesn't go up much when I renew next year...), and the added amenities are nice. I would truly recommend, as it is a much more pleasant experience compared to other apartments I've had around St Louis, Tampa, and several smaller Midwest towns."
"Latitude has been a great experience. The unit was very clean & smelled great when we first moved in! Staff are all very friendly, including maintenance! They tend to you requests in a timely matter! The courtyard is a great amenity enjoyed by all. We have two dogs that LOVE to enjoy the neighborhood as well. Many puppy play dates occur. Great place to live forsure!"
