"First of all, the driver arrived at a different time than we had planned. Then we went to a gas station because he had not filled up on gas and had us sitting there for quite a while. He had one of my guests do favors for him like get off the bus to help him park, run inside to pay for gas, and then run back in again to get a receipt. Then when I told him to not be asking my guests for personal favors he raised his voice at me and told me that was the least we could do for him. I'm paying him to do his job and still makes my guests do the work for him..."

"They canceled on us a week before our party bus without saying anything. The only way we knew was because our deposit was refunded to us. When we called to ask about it the owner was extremely rude. For someone who claims they care about customer service, they don't show it. When it comes to an event where 30 people are counting on a bus for them it's disappointing that the owner would just blow us off. The only reason they even get a star is because of the deposit refund"

"I used skyline to celebrate my birthday and I was really impressed. I was doing some shopping around before making my decision, and they were really helpful, answering all of my pricing questions before knowing if I would even use them. I was able to see the different bus choices and choose the one I wanted. The bus was in very nice shape and you couldn't even tell that it had most likely been used the night before. Everything was very clean, even the bathroom. The lights on the inside of the bus and the sound system made the ride well worth it! A friend of mine ended up leaving her phone on the bus and they were very helpful in getting her phone back to her once they realized it was missing. Overall, Skyline is a fun and professional party bus service and I would definitely use them again."
