"We had heard great things in trying to book through this agency. My family was attempting to book a cruise through the agency since we heard we should basically have to pay for whatever we were going to need for the cruise and everything else would be taken care of. We paid initial deposits and then some (some of us paid the total we were quoted) and then further down the road questions popped up. We tried to get in contact with the agent we had talked to and been working with but she became extremely difficult to get in contact with despite multiple emails, calls, voicemails, and messages from coworkers of hers. After much discussion and about 3 days worth of waiting for a response after blowing up her phone with said messages and emails we decided to just cancel the vacation. It was more of a hassle than it would have been just trying to do this all ourselves. I recommend trying anywhere else or doing it yourself. They just don’t seem to care unless you’re someone of great value to the community."

"We were so pleased with Sue's helpfulness in booking a vacation to Aruba. Because we booked during COVID she was extremely helpful in providing us all of the steps we needed to complete to comply with the restrictions. Also, because we booked during COVID we purchased travel insurance. Unfortunately Aruba buckled down on their COVID restrictions and we had to cancel our trip. We weren't too disappointed because we knew we would be getting a travel voucher and we had one year to use it. We have attempted to contact Sue about the travel voucher multiple times over the course of approximately six months. At first Sue told us it would take a bit of time due to several people cancelling trips, which we completely understood. Then Sue completely stopped responding to us. We left messages with her assistant and sent several emails inquiring about our travel voucher. Finally we contacted the travel company she booked through and they simply told us we just needed to book another vacation and apply our cancelled trip credit to it and that we wouldn't be receiving any actual voucher or further information. Why couldn't Sue have just told us this instead of leading us on a wild goose chase for over 6 months with approximately $5000 wrapped up? Now we have a very short period of time to book a vacation because the voucher expires one year from the date of cancellation! We are so frustrated by Sue's lack of communication and disregard for the money we had wrapped up in this trip. A quick phone call or email could have cleared all of this up, but instead she refused to communicate with us."
