"We travel frequently. Recently, we got on an elevator on the 17th floor with 6 other people. Gretchen insisted we all squeezed in because she needed the cart full of luggage in the elevator. We were packed in, touching each other. Most people on the elevator were not with the group from R&J. You could tell that the 4 people not involved with the group were very uncomfortable having to be packed in and all physically touching each other."
