"It takes months for anything to get done. They do not return phone calls or emails. They constantly pass the buck to other people to take care of issues in our unit. The people in the office generally have an annoyed and condescending tone when I do speak with them on the phone. The website's layout is not the most user friendly and their "app" is unusable. I understand my landlord needed someone to help him manage all of his properties, but Lasley has created situations where we have nearly moved out TWICE because they would not take care of serious issues in a timely manner. They get 2 stars simply because we aren't in a slum-lord situation. But it feels like, if Lasley had their way, they would let it get to that level. I hate dealing with them and absolutely do not recommend."
