"Alan was amazing. He showed me several options, helped me pick the perfect apartment size for me and my fur baby Sydney(2bedroom) and location so convenient for taking her outside in low traffic locations, the price for the apartment fit right into my range, the amenities y’all the bathtub is amazing. I’m 6’5” and I am so comfortable in it with plenty of room, I was an urgent move-in due to circumstances beyond my control and literally went in on a Friday and moved in the next Friday. Y’all when I say I’m in heaven here. The Fountain at Maumelle is where it’s at! Oh btw the staff is AMAZING. The Theater, TWO Pools,Two gyms, Pool table. For the price & what I got I can’t get it anyplace else."
