"DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE, THE OFFICE MANAGER HAS ONLY BEEN AVAILABLE TWICE SINCE I MOVED HERE IN MAY OF 2022, MAINTENANCE DOESN'T COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. I'VE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT MY HEAT NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THEY HAVE CAME TWICE AND TOLD ME I NEED A NEW HEATER SYSTEM BUT NO ONE HAS BEEN BACK TO INSTALL A NEW ONE. MY TODDLER AND BABY ARE ALWAYS SICK DUE TO THE APARTMENT ALWAYS BEING COLD, I HAVE TO TURN MY HEAT TO 84 DEGREES TO EVEN GET IT TO COME ON AND GET MY APARTMENT HALF WARM. MY BILL HAS BEEN SUPER HIGH BECAUSE OF THIS HEAT ISSUE. Signed: Essie Webb December 20, 2022"

"I would have rated it a negative 1. I lived in the peaks of country club Maumelle Ar for 2 yrs. (2017 -recently) after the first year I noticed things started to decline. Children dragging trash. from the apartment down the breezeways to garage dumpster leaving a trail of stink in the breezeways. The dumpster has garbage and trash surrounding them daily. Dogs have no specific place to relieve themselves so the owners allow them to anywhere they choose. Yard sprinklers not turned on via manger to conserve water so the grass and shrubs are slowly dying. The gym equipment is outdated and the computers in the computer room are also. The parking is horrible, anyone is allowed to park in front of the building leaving no spaces for tenant parking and no towing company is associated with this complex as stated in lease agreement. Kids climb and play on picnic tables. Lots of inspections which most are not completed. These are just a few complaints I made to the manager whom resides on the property but fail to notice these and other problems in her community which causes tenants like myself to terminate a lease and advise others of the conditions of this property."

"I have lived here for going on three years the first two years were great , peaceful & we had no isssues until this year when it seems they started letting just anyone who could pay rent move here . Kids running around all hours of the night , loud parties , liter everywhere & not to mention people who are not residents just free to park and roam around.They do inspections constantly never giving proper notices & never inform community on proper issues . For example my car was stolen from in front of my apartment building but not until discussing with neighbors did I find out other crimes have been committed recently and the office failed to inform us . There are no cameras or security personnel so we are left to fend for ourselves. I have an infant child so I don't even feel safe in my own home anymore."

"I have been living here for about 3 years and I've had no problems so far. The price is good for all that you get and its in a GREAT area. My only complaint was so many inspections but they haven't did as many this last year. The staff is very friendly and things get done in a timely manner. I plan on renewing my lease another year!"
