"They rock!"
"Stay away! They will nickel and dime you to death. After living there for two years, never missing a payment, we got a week behind due to COVID. Instead of allowing us to make it up by adding some on to our next few rent payments, they demanded we pay an unreasonable amount every week until caught up and added on more money owed due to a messed up receipt date. We got evicted. We could have sought protection under the eviction moratorium, but decided that place wasn’t worth it. The management are dopers/tweakers that hardly fix things. When they do, expect the rent to go up too. If you enjoy paying nearly a grand for one bedroom with a bathroom, nowhere to cook, and a space heater to heat with, then have fun."
