"I had been looking for a new apartment, when I came across Indian Hills. North Little Rock is a little far from work, but I wanted to explore all of my options to find somewhere I would be happiest. So I called and was able to speak to Jaime, the property manager. She was very professional, and seemed to have an answer to every single question I had. So I decided to set up time to take a tour. Jaime showed me all around the property, and made me feel like I was already a resident! She was so caring, courteous, and extremely informative. She asked about my family and different expectations I had for my new apartment. I've never had such wonderful customer service from any management at my previous apartments! I will be driving 45 minutes to work everyday, but at least I will be living somewhere nice, and with management that cares about their residents!"
