"I Got disrespected by the owner study them trying to listen to me and my story made me feel bad as person trying to do right and do good to the wrong people, Then got cuss at and yelled at even when I was still calm now I can't be around my family anymore nor see my wife anymore every since I got disrespected for trying to communicate with the office and be professional I miss my family I missed my kids now I have to find ways to do so by separation. Truly hurt no matter how much positivity energy I had and mind my business I didn't wanna leave my family nor wife now.... I'm making decision of my own have to find my own living arrangement. All due to misunderstanding and the assistance yelling at me saying let me be the judge of this the door was locked on me & got cuss out I fell like it wasn't handle the right way now when I see my kids when I get chance I gotta see them and pain and tears make me emotional. Due to situation could have be correct and fix the right and professional way truly hurt my heart. I do anything to get my family back and be into household with me very heartbreaking and sad"

"I move in September of 2022, and my experience of living here has been plesent and l am still currently here, don’t like when people take my parking space though. People mind their own business, Missy from a professional position she is a great person but she has a job description that she has to follow and she also do that as well. Walls could be more solidified do to previous neighbors fighting you can hear that.”Well as when you play loud music “ Water system could be better but it’s free so with only paying rent and lights. I will not complain cause l am grateful for this cause all of this is just temporary…"

"I told them up front, I don’t have credit or rental history, or a co-signer because I just left foster care and had no where to live, but I do meet the income requirement, and I can’t afford to pay an application fee if I’m going to be denied based on those things. They lied to me and said none of it would be a problem as long as my paystubs match the income requirement and I would only have to pay a higher deposit. They took my application money and told me they won’t rent to me because I have no credit or rental history. It left me with 2 weeks of no food and rationing the oranges I had left because they lied to me and took my money and wouldn’t give it back."

"I have recently become a renter here. There was a slight delay in the apartment I was assigned but Missy readily issued a solution and assigned me a similar apartment so that I wouldn’t have to wait. Upon inspection there were a couple of things that needed to be repaired but once I brought them to their attention management took care of it on that very same day. Having just moved here I feel & hope that I will enjoy the rest of my stay."
