"Great affordable apartments/Townhomes. I lived in these apartments when I was younger and I came back and the pricing of the complex really helped us choose this spot again. Great walking distance from popular fast food and grocery store! Move in was veryyy smooth. Management is great and maintenance is quick with requests. There were some minor issues with the cleanliness of the apartment for move in (ie pet hair on the walls and layered in the carpets upstairs). Other that other leaking faucets and chips in paint and counters, the quality is pretty great for the price. Pool is huge and I hope it is open by this summer!"

"I have lived in this complex for over a year now, I have had a very good experience with everyone in the leasing office. And if I’ve ever had a problem with my apartment specifically they have always been quick to fix it! thank you for all you do!"

"It took them forever just to get my application through and ever time I called to check in on it. They had the nastiest attitude and even told me to tell whoever in my back ground to shut up. After that I decided not to go rather I got approved or not. If I’m already having trouble before I move in what would happen after when I got problems about my apartment."

"RENTER BEWARE! If you are looking for a nice place with extra amenities like a swimming pool in the summer you can count this place off your list this is the second year in a row that Sturbridge apartments have not had their pool open for the 4th of July but then they are going to close it around Labor Day… less than 2 months of swimming time yet they charge for this amenity and just raised rent this past year for all tenants. Not to mention that they can’t get their maintenance department together or their management team. I would not recommend these apartments if you are looking for something other than cheap living. Air Conditioning always breaking down. I don’t go number 2 downstairs cause it always stops up. Electrical grid is a joke always blowing a breaker in the kitchen. And I’ve had to pay out of my own pocket for terminex to come out and spray because every time “they do” I still end up with pests. again RENTER BEWARE! UPDATE THE POOL IS STILL GREEN IT NEVER DID OPEN THE YEAR OF 2023… They say they are waiting on parts never knew parts took an entire summer…"
