"Would not recommend! Stay away from all of their properties!! They don’t pay for services provided to ‘their community’ BEWARE of first capital residential llc they do the ‘behind work’ gives the go on job but don’t pay, months later still nothing but Ridgecrest outside looked amazing after we were done from what tornado did!"

"I'm giving a good review just because Jordan (the new manager?) responded to my inquiry so quickly. I know the property is going through a rough time after the tornado, but sometimes we can only do what we can do. I wish him personally the very best."

"Worst place you will ever live. Paid a deposit and pet deposit- then was charged another per deposit when I transferred to another building. My apartment was damaged in the tornadoes and they said they were giving deposits back. They gave me 100 dollars back and said the rest was non refundable. Do not move here. They are crooks and will screw you in any way possible."

"Will be speaking to a lawyer about this apartment complex . My apartment Was broken into back in January Here it is May And I had to call someone to get it fixed because my apartment was unsafe for 4 months could not lock my doors or anything for 4 months Now my ac unit has went out can't get anyone to answer the after hours phone. I have been seeing roaches and the staff is rude. They are talking about eviction because I have with held the rent due to my apartment not being safe and the door can not be locked. They said it was my responsibility to put I. A ticket. I have and have emailed them more than once. I.was out of town for a month working and my door was wide open and had to set up a payment plan with light bill company. My door still want shut right. When the wind blows it comes ooen I paid out of pocket to.have this fixed. When I did get back in town I was walking over to pay my rent that yes I was late on because I was out of town and the maintenance guy not the manager handed me a 3 day notice to pay or move. He even seen the door and said nothing. This was very Unprofessional. I don't recommend living here. I do not feel safe here at all. Last night funs shots went off in the building next to me and that wasn't the first time. The staff is not professional at all. I am a manager my self and it's my job to walk my site every few hours for safety reasons. I do not recommend this olace"

"If I could give this place negative stars I would. This has been by far the worst apartments I’ve stayed at. After being scared from a black suburban that would sit and watch the apartments at night and never get out of their car to hearing gun shots on multiple occasions I tried to get out of my lease which was an extreme hassle. They decided to agree on a lease termination and scammed me like no other. Made me pay all of these random bills and kept adding charges for no reason. I lived here for 6 months and hated every single one. When trying to get out of my lease they were “too busy” to deal with my situation and made me sit outside in the cold weather to wait for the manager to get off the phone. The people in office are extremely rude and the place is sketchy and not well kept. Would not suggest this place at all!"
