"Zero recommendations for this place! We moved out on mid January, one month later we received the utilities bill and the water consumption was 5 times higher than the other months! Conway Corp informed us that the last day of January and first day of February 4,398.86 gallons were used! and the appartment was empty, nobody was living there. 12Hundred Place office never gave us an explanation and did not accept their responsability. The worst customer service a person could receive."

"12Hundred Place is a great property with friendly management and maintenance staff. They have great amenities as well. Resort style pool, tanning, 24 hour fitness center, movie theatre, gas grills, AND a dog park! The dog park is always hopping for 4 legged friends! The location is close to shopping and UCA, but off the busy roads, so it seems like it's out of town. I would recommend this property to everyone!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. 1 star is more than enough. I have been out of these apartments since July and I got a letter today stating I owed over 600 dollars for "extra cleaning" and "carpet replacement." I have never ever had an apartment try to charge me for new carpet. There was nothing wrong with the carpet that a good shampoo wouldn't have fixed because I left it that way. There was no reason to charge anybody this amount for anything especially with a security deposit. 75 yes, maybe for extra cleaning due to the leak from the upstairs apartment and the peeling paint in the main bathroom, but not no 600 dollars! On top of that, they will raise rent after telling you that the rent would stay. the walls are paper thin, even for apartments and people don't pick up their dog poop. 0/10, 0/5 stars."
