"If you are looking for a place to stay i reccommed u keep looking this place is disgusting.Roaches come marching round and round and thwy dont to do barley a thing about it. I moved into this apartment and. A crack that might make the roof fall off and fall onsomebodys head and.Pass out and they the ac ane air sucks cant even go throught the whole apartment.THIS PLACE IS NASTY.wall to wall roaches.they change maitnace and mangers. gjust like they change there underwhere clearley its a bad place to stay iispesually if u got kids. They didnt repaint before i moved in here. Smallest kitchen ever looks like my.this carpet looks horible roaches blind in. To it bathroom sink looks like its from the 70s and never was replaced when. I saw a negbor move in and they helped get it renavated i was furious. Why didnt u fix mine if it took 2 weeks before i could move in this place sucks and it should be abandoned Thank u for ur time btw if u see the pictures they shoe in the listing its a total scam"

"So I tried to apply for the apartments there and the manage is not great. There's a little girl and theres a little boy who are over management. I give them a call at work she was talking and breaking up so I had to set outside and both just went off on me because I said I couldn't hear. So they told me I'm gonna shut up and I'm gonna listen. Now I get along pretty good with ppl but I have no idea who these ppl are but their customer service is terrible"

"The staff are nice and usually pretty quick with the maintenance requests, but the roach problem CANNOT be understated. I would never have moved here had I known they would be this bad. The staff claim to have it under control and to spray often but when they spray, it's only in one spot and it does virtually nothing. If you can't find anywhere else, at least sign a 6 month instead of the full year like me."

"I just read through the other reviews and they are mostly hit or miss. I've lived here a year and a half. I've had no issues really. Maintenance is Awesome! He has come and fixed things that went wrong within a day or two. The Management is always extremely helpful and kind! When I first moved in the apartment had a small roach issue from unclean neighbors but Pest Control sprayed and Ive not seen a roach in over a year. There are Water Bugs outside that get in when you open your door at night but thats very rare. I've not had any issues with crime or loud tenants .. or really heard of any neighbors complaining about anything of that nature either. The apartment prices are awesome for what you get. I don't regret moving in here at ALL! It's not a "luxury " property but for $500 a month its Awesome! If you want "Luxury" then you might wanna look at another property where you'll pay $1000 a month or more."
