"I lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. Apartments are nice and quiet. Greg Massey and staff are very friendly. I hardly ever had any problems, and when I did, maintenance was quick to fix it. I had one downstairs neighbor who was noisy sometimes, but I called the landlord and they were quiet after that. The apartments are right by UCA, but not campus owned, so they're actually taken care of well. Plus if you're a student at UCA, you can't beat the location. Only problem for me is that the parking isn't great, and it's kinda hard to get in and out of."
