CAR BATTERY WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY PARKED VEHICLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND MY LIVING ROOM WINDOW WAS SHOT UP. horrible area, not worth the rent and just all around ran terribly. My wife is the tenant on lease. And she reported the shooting this morning to your offices. Thanks."
"I was really interested in this property but the constant switch of management Is to much. I have a few family members that live there and have lived there. The communication is terrible. During the summer instead of getting new air conditioners they would just put a room air conditioner in the front room window and the back would be hot. People have had arrangements with the last company and then they switched and put people out. People have been needing their place sprayed for pest and they still haven’t came out. Then the price has went up over $100 just for things to be patched up temporarily. The air unit is in the window and someone can easily gain access into someone’s apartment. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and will choose where they want to live but things should be better and you should feel comfortable where you live and know things will get taken care of in a timely matter."
"wish i could give them zero stars honestly, I’ve been living here for quite some time and the older managers were much more diligent and sincere. These new people they have care more about being top dog and having people like them rather than have a conversation and get to know their tenants. On top of the fact that they practically lock themselves in the office and we have no way of communicating to or getting with them. They leave hours earlier than they schedule says and barely ever return. If you’re not going to care for the residents you are responsible for helping …YOU.SHOULD.NOT.BE.A.MANAGER"
