That needs to change, leaving your banking info out n the open. I filed a police report. I haven't had a water bill in 20yrs only electric. Management was also rude & I was respectful to her."

"I called to see if anyone had seen our nephew who lives there. It’s been 2 weeks since we heard anything which is not normal. We live 3 hours away The lady that answered started a rant about saying she had told me a week ago she saw him once (I didn’t call before). She spoke very rude to me She started telling me this is not a faculty there takes care of people and she has a job to do and doesn’t have time to look for someone. Then she started telling me she has a son that has been sick and she is busy with him. She had a very long rant. I then said I understand all that. I just thought you would be courteous enough to help me and then said thank you and goodbye."
