"It appears that Spring Valley Apartment management staff only worry about receiving their payment on time for rent and all charges associated. I have never seen pest control these apartments since residing here. They will turn off the water in the entire complex and never notify it’s tenants. Appliances broken within and has yet to be fixed but receives their payment faithfully and on time monthly without being late once. Something should be done about the lack of communication the tenants receive when it comes to maintenance etc"

"Don’t move here! The office people are really nice but corporate are slum lords. There’s water damage on the outside (I saw a dig hole with water gushing in front of an apartment). There’s signs of water damage inside of the apartments and mold. My living room ceiling was opening up in a wider and wider hole. There are multiple power outages in this area, especially in the summer time. Rent amount is never the same and rent insurance is bundled with the water bill. Late fees are exorbitant and makes it impossible to catch up. They don’t honor the Americans with Disabilities Act. Maintenance is too slow to fix anything. Just pass on this complex."
