"Never lived here but I was offered an interview opportunity. The first thing I noticed was the staff speaks to people in a rude, belittling manner, almost as if basic inquiries are a nuisance. You have to live on the property to work. There have been multiple complaints of pests (roaches), security gate issues and noise disturbances. Judging by these reviews passing up the offer was best."

"I had surgery in May, new neighbors moved in May. Been dealing with the the noise since May. Reported it in June when I was able to go to the office to talk with the manager face to face. I was told to call and report any issues I have,after hour,I’ve been doing this since June! It’s gotten worse, just this past Monday which was Labor Day I had to call again about 8:20 pm,I had my phone on speaker the agent couldn’t believe I’m upstairs and the noise was that loud she could hear it coming from downstairs! For the last 3 weeks…3 weeks straight I’ve had to call sometimes up to three times in one night, again I just had to call at 12:15 am because we were woke to doors being slammed. Laying here now listening every few minutes to slamming! Got me wondering if the notices were really given out!! What good is it to call security, I was told when security come to the door if “THEY” don’t hear anything they can’t do anything, really! I’m so tired of these restless nights! My daughter have school I have work! It’s just sad I’m putting up with this and paying 845.00, my advice is, if you want peace and quiet do not move here!!! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is so unfair I pay rent just like they do and we have to go to work and school tired, waking up with headache due to not getting the proper sleep! Looking for another place daily! Make sure to ask about any complaints from neighbors before you moving in your apartment! Pray you have good neighbors I did before they moved downstairs!"

"My actual apartment is fine and has plenty of space, but the problem is with neighbors. Neighbors can be loud, not properly clean up/look after their pets, and engage in inappropriate activities that disturb others. Management will only issue a warning to them when they receive a complaint, even after multiple times. I'm sure this differs from building to building, but neighbors can be a major problem. The rent is increased with every lease renewal without any added benefits to the tenant. The gate at the entrance doesn't seem to work and/or is rarely closed (even late at night). Maintenance though is great and very responsive to any concerns you may have."

"Lived here for 2 years and wouldn’t have moved out if rent didn’t increase every lease renewal. Given the other negative reviews, I guess it depends on which building you’re staying in because it was very quiet and peaceful my entire stay. I also had some good neighbors who cared about the cleanliness of the property outside so it was never nasty. Lawn maintenance was always kept and maintenance overall was excellent because they come out and fix a problem you’re having in the apartment right away. I never had a problem with management. I think she does what she can or whatever Lindsey Management expects and allows. The only downside was the gate never worked consistently, only given 3 days to pay rent before $10 late fees and the rent goes up every year."
