"I dont know whats up with the management here .we have been tryi g to move in since june 2023 they say it is the contractors not getting done with them . here it is mid august no contact from them. Mabe a class action law suite might get ther attention? Or The State Attourny General??"

"These are the major problems: Black mold, live roaches everywhere, live bed bugs, front door has been previously kicked in and glued back together, door frame nailed back, both windows can't close all the way and the window panes have been hot glued/taped back in. Was told by the apartment manager the reason why it took over a month after paying my deposit to get into the unit was that they had to buy brand new appliances which is completely not true, and lastly while I was signing my lease the apartment manager stated that she just did a walk through of the apartment. There's absolutely no way that she could have because she would have left her shoeprints on the floor. The bedroom light is a light fixture that you would use on the outside of your house by your front door the unit was never cleaned before I signed my lease. Due to the front door being the way it is I have not spent one night in the apartment and now they're charging me for rent for trash and pest control and a late charge for a unit that is not livable. I have been to the apartment three times since May 12th and I could only stand to be in there a few hours due to the black mold my lungs become very congested."

"I applied and got approved and after that nobody in the office knew what was going on. For two weeks we were told we would get a call back and never did. We had to contact them over and over and over again just to get the same response, “ my manager is out And will give you a call back.” One lady told us to come up there and we did and she literally told us THE SAME EXACT THING! You have to call them all day just to get someone to answer the phone , when you email one person another person emails you and ask you for the same information that you have gave them. Three different people asked what apartment did we apply for. Applying was literally a waste of money and my time. Going in week three and still no call."

"Water coming from under floors, horrible management, maintenance is unknowable about anything maintenance related. They towed my vehicle without notice so they could pave the parking lot. Then they stuck me with the bill. Management blamed me for not being notified by them then they were so rude. Don’t rent from this place. They are a slum."

"There is a new staff in the office, and they have been doing a great job bringing the property back to where it should be. Since they've been here my work orders have been completed in a timely manner, and I haven't had any problems. I don't know what the ladies before were doing, but I'm glad there are some new PROFESSIONAL faces in the office. Ask for Ms. Tanya or Kia they will take good care of you!"
