He makes sure everything is working properly before he closes out work orders. He is very nice person, he speaks and also checks to make appliances are working weeks and months after fixing. Really happy to have him as maintenance at River Pointe Apartments."

He really listens to my concerns when I put in a request and he always follows up with you after he’s fixed things to make sure they are still operating properly. "I normally don’t do this but I can’t keep quiet any longer. I’ve had issues from the moment I signed my lease. On my move in sheet I requested that my apartment gets repainted because the paint job was horrible, I requested for new ceiling fans, blinds, and a washer and dryer. I got new ceiling fans and blinds but was promised they would send someone out to repaint and to deliver the washer and dryer. I moved here in January 2023 I didn’t get a washer and dryer until October of 2023 and my unit never got repainted. Two weeks of living in my apartment my AC unit caught mini fire and maintenance complained about coming to my apartment to fix things. A few months later my AC no longer worked in the middle of the summer. It took them a month to come and do anything about it. My entire floor had a gnat infestation for three months straight and all they told us to do was cover our drains until I made a comment about contacting corporate and they found a stove maintenance left on the floor above with trash in it. They lost two money orders and tried to evict me due to their mistake and gave a very plain apology for it. I have NOW been dealing with water coming into my apartment from the apartment above and all they have done is bring fans to dry the ceiling. My ceiling in my apartment has looked like this (see attached picture) since Wednesday. This is very unacceptable and I cannot wait to turn my keys in. I’ve been trying my best to stay calm and quiet but no more! This apartment complex does not care about their tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE!"
