CrownRidge Apartments

"I have lived at CrownRidge Apt. (ChapelRidge Apt.) since 2002. The apartments are still very nice and well maintained. This wonderful place I call home also, has been possible because of an outstanding and professional staff. Many changes have taken place in these apartments, but only with the purpose to improve the living conditions of residents. Long time residents of CrownRidge are very happy here and will quickly recommend CrownRidge to new ones."

"I lived here for about a year, from late 2017 to 2018. When I first moved in I trouble with many of the appliances in the kitchen. The dishwasher would flood the bathroom and the oven wasn’t sealed properly therefore it put off a lot heat. While those issues were irritating they were promptly fixed upon my reporting them. Overall my stay there was fine! I had no other issues and the staff was friendly. When I scheduled my move out appointment no one showed up to look at my apartment and do the finally walk through. So I began calling them. One of them came and said it looked fine but the other would have to come tomorrow and I might have to pay the cleaning fee. I said that was fine to just call and let me know. The next morning I was at work so they left a message stating I owed money for cleaning and it should have been paid before I moved out. They threatened to turn me over to collections because that’s “the next step”, if I didn’t have it paid by the end of the day. I paid the fee just as I had ALWAYS paid my bills. I was very upset that they would call and leave that kind of message, especially since they weren’t even going to show up for my move out appointment. It was a horrible way to end my experience there."

When I was searching for a place for my son and I, I wanted a place that he and I both would have a peace of mind and happiness!! I could not have chosen a better place. The property is always clean and the units are kept very well. If you’re looking for a great place to call home... look no further!!!"

"We have stayed here for the past two years and it is one of the best places to live in El Dorado. The staff is very cooperative and all the maintenance needs are taken care of within 2 days. The manager, Ms. Kendra, is one of the best property managers anyone could find. Very cooperative and helpful. She works with you to find solutions for the issues. I would recommend anyone to stay in CrownRidge Apartments."

"I really wanted to give the management staff at CrownRidge a shout out. I moved in mid January of 2018 to a wonderfully prepared apartment. When I had any issue, which was very rare, the management and maintenance staff wen't the extra mile to ensure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Upon move out I had absolutely no issues retaining my deposit. It helps to take responsibility for yourself/family and keep the place nice, neat, and clean ;) I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for short term or long term living arrangements."
