"Terrible customer service from the manager. I bought a defective product and did not even leave the store before I noticed and she refused to exchange the item for a properly working item. She argued with her employee when the employee clearly stated it was obvious it was defective, stating she’s been selling the product for years and never had a defective one ever. And continued to refuse to make it right."
"Cheaper on vapes here. Friendly people. Not all staff can help you or recommend any product due those r staff that doesn't use tobacco tho they work for one. Ha Clean facility."
"Its always crowded and the owner only has one person working both the lobby ans the drive-thru. They lose business BC people get tired of waiting so long in line ans the employees should get paid more fire having to work every service."
