"Customers should not have to learn how to spot counterfeits!!! This business and its owners are in the habit of scamming it’s customers. They purchase counterfeit vapes and their other products from Ali Baba. I’ve had friends who’ve purchased fake vapes that don’t work and burn your lungs when you hit them. I’ve personally purchased fake swishers and fake vapes from them, you can tell by the cheap stems that fall off or by paying attention to the label. I wouldn’t recommend this vape store as there’s 2 others nearby that do honest business. The owners hide behind a return policy and their powerless employees rather than take responsibility for their mistakes that put the public health in danger. I won’t be returned and I’ll make sure every user I meet does not go near this establishment. What a joke!"

"They sold me a knockoff Elf Bar titled EB Create. If you’ve kept up with it, Elf Bar rebranded to EBDesign and there is no shortages of fakes. They even had the slap on sticker that’s supposed to verify by scanning. Not only does it taste bad and doesn’t hit well, it hurts to vape and return policies don’t allow you to return it. I won’t be buying any more products at this location since they don’t do quality control or they don’t care about it more than they do an easy buck."

"The shop itself & the woman working there when I went was great. But my friend & I bought some things from here on the 18th & the charge for it only came out of my account YESTERDAY. It was a $38 charge & quite unexpected. They should fix that or tell people bc it can cause someone's account to be overdrawn if they think the money was taken from their account already. Please be aware of this if you use a debit card here."

"I've been going to smoke shops for over a decade now. This one has the best staff around! Waaaaay better than the other Smokey's on Markham. But the point of going to a smoke shop was to ensure I was getting a good deal on cigs. Sometimes smoke shop prices are about 20-30 cents more, sometimes less. But unfortunately this particular location is officially the most expensive in all of little rock for cigarettes. I'm giving a 1 star because this is robbery. Over the last month I have been saving all my receipts from this location and the other Smokey's along side Walgreens and several gas stations across the state. On average for camel's, this location is charging people $2 more per pack. Even the other Smokey's doesn't do this. I love the staff here, but I can't let this place keep robbing people. I'm taking all these receipts and speaking with someone about this."
