"It was very unprofessional service and caused me to have to reschedule a flight at twice the amount as originally purchased because of the wrong charging of someone else's credit card on my flight. The supervisor would not admit the mistake and refused to help and tried to blame the wrong doing if his agent on me. They shouldn't be in business."

"I’ve been trying to book an overseas trip through Karen, at Travel Travel, Fargo, for five to six weeks. I have called, left voice mail messages, and emailed many times. Every time I called, I was told Karen was helping a client. (!?) The only time Karen responded, was after I asked to speak to a manager, or another agent (who did get Karen to call me back - the one and only time she did call me back), and the two scenarios I finally did receive from Karen, were “canned” tours, through other agencies, and were not the type of arrangements I had asked for. I will not be working with this agent in the future. My confidence in this travel agency has been seriously compromised. I’ll be taking my business, for this trip, elsewhere, and I’m not sure I’ll ever give Travel Travel another chance. Customer service was ZERO."

"We travel a LOT. The lack of communication from Karen was astounding, to say the least, until it came time to bill us. No follow through. Wouldn't answer us for days. Didn't book an excursion but assured us WE would be able to book it upon arrival to our destination. Excursion was full, unfortunately. DO NOT USE KAREN. I will say that her manager, Michelle, helped to save the day and was great to work with. However, Karen soured our overall view of this agency with very poor customer service and it all could have been alleviated with some very simple communication and attention to detail. Too many issues to detail here! Still shaking my head over the entire ordeal."
