"I am a CDL instructor, I’ve Taken several students to this facility to test. Everytime I take some one to test the examiners have an issue with me. On August 15,2023 I took 3 students to test. 2 pass one failed. All 3 students should have passed but due to racism one of my students failed. I have never been the type of person to speak on racism and or do a review but right is right and wrong is wrong. He was cheated and wasn’t given a fair chance . I don’t think it’s right because we’re all people, you don’t mess with people lively hood like that. I have evidence in the racism and my student failing due to that. When I go to this testing site nobody speaks when you speak to them one of the examiners is always angry. At the beginning I thought it was just the school he had a problem with but it’s not the school, it’s who I am that was proven. This examiner did not conduct himself professionally at all. He was yelling and screaming. Pointing at me, demanding that I listen to him. Not a good way to treat people, I don’t know him but I am still friendly with everyone despite of their personal issues. It was like fire flames over this Man when he was yelling at me. It could have been discussed amongst us as adults really. I do not recommend this testing site if they have the same staff. Everyone there seems as if they have issues . It’s a shame honestly that people get jobs and act like the world is there’s. If you don’t have clients you don’t have a job. Point blank period. If you’re having a bad please take a second to yourself. You will not want anyone to treat you any type of way. I will push this issue because it shouldn’t be tolerated."

"The ladies that work there are the most rude people I think I have ever meet. At one instance i just walked up to see what papers were set out (a public document) and one lady aske what i was doing...said that i have no business looking at them. Couldn't believe they way either lady talked to me. People in public relations should be nice to the public. No wonder people have a bad opinion of police officers. It's a real shame and their supervisor should do something."

"I, too, have experienced the "blonde lady" everyone is talking about. She was not necessarily "rude" , but very honest and direct, and SOMETIMES less caring than what you should expect. When I did my actual on-the-road driving test, there was a much younger woman there. She had a similar attitude but it did not bother me, just her job as a cop being straightforward/serious. THIS IS A DRIVING TEST. Serious stuff. It is not a social club. We are not there to make friends. I am sorry for those who felt they had a negative experience, but personally, I believe they do a fairly good job and DO care, that is why they seem "rude" to some... Overall, it was surely fine. If you choose to come here, do not feel intimidated and post a bad review online just to vent. They are just doing their job, it's nothing personal."
