"This is a joke of a travel agency, they don’t have anyone on call at night, so they cannot provide service if you have travel issues outside of business hours. They then are unable to help you if you are forced to rebook or work through the airline due to the fact that no one from their staff is answering the phone. When you book through a travel agency you pay extra money for services and this agency is incapable and unwilling to provide service when it is most needed. Your money would be better spent at an agency that will actually be willing to assist you when you need their help."
