Suite Toke N' Tan

"Came in and at first was very underwhelmed. Was expecting a big glass selection, but very little glass. They do have a nice selection of your basic Electronic dabbing devices like Lookah Seahorse's, wax pens, 510 threaded device etc...and huge selection of papers. Some I have never heard of. lol Service was lacking a bit it could have been better from the start.....staff at first didn't seem to eager to help. I'm a medical patient and spend thousands with Suite 443 felt that I should have been shown around better. I mean they were working on things, but just my observation and I know as the customer and a person with lots of customer service experience... Proper greeting upon entering and offering help should be done first not after me saying " I'm not interested in anything......" Anyways, upon me saying "I wasn't interested in anything...." The lady then jumped into an eager to help attitude. I wanted to leave, but I gave em another shot and glad I did. She quickly asked what I was looking for and found exactly to the T what I was looking for. A beautiful local to Arkansas blown Glass Hammer pipe. I have been looking and looking for one that goes with my taste and this was it. It Matches my collection of color changing bowls. The glass is thick and quality for sure. The price was fair for sure as I have seen similar for more than what I spent. All in all this turned out to be a decent experience. I will come back for sure! I appreciate the lady at the desk who quickly turned around and made my visit so much better! Thank you for finding me good glass as well!!!!"
