"The blonde woman who works there has a bit of an attitude problem. My mother asked if she was moving my spring items on a shelf because they were going to be on sale. Instead of being nice and just saying no we got a sharp response of “Oh no we never have sales.” My mom said oh alright and then the women continued to say “We never need sales because we sell everything instantly.” Right…that’s why you still have spring decor in the fall and “you break it you buy it signs” all over the store. If you were doing so well you probably wouldn’t need those signs. Because you would be able to afford if someone accidentally broke some merchandise. Just saying. Please fix your attitude."
"I specifically asked if their jar candles hollowed out when they burn, was told no, so I bought 3. Burned 1, it hollowed, so I returned it the next day. Now, the sales clerk is throwing attitude because I don’t have the physical receipt, but I had my card. She was just rude, as if it’s my fault the candle did the exact thing I asked about before purchasing it. 2 stars since she did do the return."
