"I've been here over a year, with no problems. Then I started dating a girl and had a few problems with her. And asked what I could do. So I called Brandy Brantley and she turned around a week later and banned the girl. Well a lot can change in a week the young lady and I have worked through the problem and now she (Brandy Brantley) will not left the ban. Which makes it really hard on anyone trying to get back on there feet. I'm grateful that I was able to obtain housing through them. I just think it's sad that this is a simple task, when they have a whole lot more issues that they are not taking care of. So now while I'm filling for disability, I have to find a new home. Because she isn't returning my emails. Good day and God bless"
"Always a pleasure going for my recertification with Mrs Howard. I've been a resident for more than 23 years now and she's always very professional and kind."
"I’m sooo confused... is Section 8 available or not? I JUST went in the office yesterday and it’s says that section 8 is closed until further notice. But on the website it says it’s open until further notice. It’s confusing and misleading. People need housing desperately and if it is OPEN and the receptionist, county of Miller (Texarkana), or both are wrong and should put out applications. If not, UPDATE THE SITE so people won’t be wasting gas for a blank trip. Thank you."
"I lived here 59 years ago and walked to College Hill Elementary when I was 11. There used to be a small store across the street, which was very convenient. My mother was raising two kids on her own and we were very poor. I remember being happy here."
