"Very unprofessional working staff and horrible management. I would not recommend anyone consider leasing here. I lived here for 3 years and never were any of my maintenance repairs done in a timely manner if completed at all. As a rental property manager you expect rent on time and as a renter we expect our homes to be up kept! If I could of rated a zero this property would surely get one."
"Very unprofessional office personnel!!! Called to inquire about an apartment for my son, was put on hold 3times and then told in a dismissive manner that I’d have to come to the complex and pick up a copy of their leaflet bc she(?) was too busy to go over everything on phone. Went over to get advertisement leaflet and NO ONE was in the office. Got my cousin, who resides in the apartments, to retrieve one for me. Realized quickly that I’d still need help from a staff member answering the questions NOT covered in the advertisement info. Needless to say, we found him a nice apartment in Arista Villas!"
