"First, the quality didn't match the price of the rent. This place is just one big rip off. first, i was told that there would be be new appliances, but when i moved in the refrigerator was dirty, molded and nothing was new. the sewer kept backing up in the sink and tub even just by running the water, which took weeks to repair while making the house smell. There were teenagers hanging out all the time making it very difficult to get any peace because of constantly fighting and sometimes shooting. i am in a wheelchair, but i had a hard time fitting through the door to my room and couldn't get in the bathroom and the manager would not block off the space where there was a ramp for me to get on the side walk, which cars constantly parking there. When I moved out my mom and uncle clean the apartment and made it look brand new and she refused to refund our deposit. I'm not saying all this to be mean spirited I am just stating the facts. I would not recommend this this place to anyone."

"The owner sam is a very disrespectful man.. i have MS and he told me to walk the parking lot to pick up a cigarette butt even though there were thousands out there, and told his property manager she was an incompetent idiot.. when confronted about how he treats females he called the police and tried to file "assault" charges when no one touched him.. very deceitful and manipulative.. stay away!!!!"
