"I lived at parkside apartments from October 2020-March 2022. The new apartment manager Devin took over recently and has ensured that any problem we incurred (which were not many at all) was taken care of in a timely manner and professionally. Any updates or routine maintenance that was to be performed in the apartment complex (gate fixes, parking lot maintenance) or for each apartment (pest control, air filter changes) would be sent in a text or a note placed on your door ahead of time so you will be aware and can plan accordingly for any changes to your normal routine. I would definitely recommend parkside apartments for your apartment needs. Nice, newly remodeled units."

"So why when you apply to these apartments they give you the run around for over a week and than when they finally get back to you, they make up lies about your credit score to get triple deposits. If i pull up my credit and it says one score and than you tell me something else im going to deem you as a scam! Do you all think you are a metropolitan city offering luxurious apartments with full amenities.? Yall run from these people. There taking your app fee and running with it."
