"Do NOT rent from this place! Thankfully my lease ended and it’s over for me! They never actually fix anything, the tubs do not drain properly, the foundation is so bad nothing sits flat on the floor in the downstairs units. The so called maintenance guy is NOT trained to do his job! This place is definitely the worst to live in, especially in New Boston. (I do not expect a response from the new owners, I’m glad it’s over and I no longer have to rent from this type of people!)"
