"Well. I purchased 1200 dollars worth of merchandise to build up 1200 points for a huge discount. Went to use them, but couldn't get multiple items of the same because of a logo sale. I called the manager and asked if anything could be done. Basically over ride the sale price and charge full price so I can use my points. The manager said he couldn't do this. I thought it strange, but figured I would wait till the sale was over. But....I told the manager they should have the Authority to fix such issues., and I wasn't happy about not being able to use my points. What did he say? Yeah, yeah, whatever and hung up on me! Take this information as you will......UPDA TE:: Tried contacting the company via email by the address they gave m on this review I left.. Sent 3 messages and all 3 were returned undeliverable. Again. Take this information as you will."

"Love this store but have had problems with a employee name katie/kathleen. First started with asking to look at stuff in the case. Took her forever to get up and open it to check a price for me (playing with her phone ect.) then grabbed a product with no tag after waiting a bit..so she seem annoyed to have to go back. Then asked questions about the some vape stuff. Guess she has no knowledge of what they sell there as she told me to speak with Curtis.(had a line of people waiting to speak with him while she was just sitting there.)Not wanting to add more to his workload i just decided to buy the vape i was looking at. well she checked me out asked if she had made my account she said ye paid and left. called up there a week later to see if they stocked the z nano. She said that there out of stock come in on friday they should have more . Came in to find out they dont even carry that tank in store. Spoke with Curtis, Lexi, and Austin that were in and they confirmed everything. So Curtis helped me out with finding something else id like. Also sold me on some juice and a rda while i was in there. At check out go to pull up my account katie should have made for me last time and come to find out she never bothered to make that account last time i was in there so i lost out on those points. Didnt give low stars as the shop and there employees are great outside of that Katie/Kathleen person who has caused problem time and time again when going there/calling.... But Curtis on the other hand was been a huge help for all my needs ( been to every store in town and first person who seems to know everything I was trying to find out and also gave good advise on what to go after and really good suggestions on replacement devices since I couldn't find what I was looking for. So if your needing help here look for Curtis, Austin, Lexi and try to avoid Katie if you want actual help."

"I've bought from this store three times, but I probably won't be back. Great prices, products, and location, but some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. First time I bought from here, customer service was subpar. Second time was actually great, the cashier was knowledgeable and friendly. Third time was atrocious. They were rude to my boyfriend and me about our IDs. Seems like the owner is just trying to go out of business with employees like this. Vapor station puts it to shame."
