"Embarrassing that they take you to the lobby and explain how to do the urine sample in the lobby where everyone else is sitting! I value my privacy but for the nurse to walk me out there then explain the process! Your privacy is not welcomed or valued here!!! Waited over 2 hours to be humiliated! Great job!"

"Urgent care estimated a 60 minute wait time. It was delayed by 20 minutes, then 20 more minutes, then 20 more minutes. After I finally saw a doctor after two hours, I was left in the room alone for half an hour. I wouldn't mind having to wait, but the constant false wait time estimates and the poor communication makes this an easy pass as an urgent location. Visit somewhere else if you need urgent medical help."

"Don't see why reviews are so bad. SAVE YOUR SPOT ONLINE!!! The wait to be seen was over an hour so because I checked in online, I got to stay at home for most of it. After making my way over a bit before my time slot, I only had to spend 10 minutes in the waiting room before being seen. Nurse Colleen and Dr. Troup Washington were courteous, caring, and efficient. I got the tests I needed and was back home within the hour."

Loved the doctor and he even called me the next day to see how things were going and thoroughly answered all my questions in a way I understood. The male nurse also tried very hard to find me a transfer that was close for a last minute ultrasound and that was very appreciated."

"I had a major abscess on my spine, and had gone to the ER two weeks earlier. The ER did nothing. I came here after the antibiotics I been was prescribed were ineffective. The level of care I received here was absolutely incredible. They drained the abscess properly, prescribed me the necessary medicine, and actually TREATED my problem. Their jobs matter! They helped me a great deal and I couldn't give them high enough marks. Excellent!"
