"Personally I feel likeThis place Has terrible management they are never there and when they are they're extremely blunt and a little rude. You try to call and no one answers , ever. Also they got robbed and people stole money orders no problem. Bad water system, pipes are jacked up, someone should call the city or make them go viral."

"The management is never there, they don't have any convenient way of paying rent besides money order. No one answers the phone, it goes directly to voice-mail, no one is around cleaning up the trash, as well as the managers are rude and, seems prejudice, I can't say that definitively though. The husband is rude and extremely inconsiderate of kids. They are new and they are terrible, threatening me about HUD housing not being able to rent and I wasn't even on HUD, basically profiling. The pipes are constantly backed up and flooding, they can't keep any maintenance men at all. So when issues do happen there's no one around."
