"My husband and I have moved to this beautiful, quiet community almost three years ago during COVID. We had never lived in a gated community before. We feel very safe here. The activities in the clubhouse for the residents are well planned and always so much fun. We love the staff who manage and keep all of the units in good repair. The grounds are kept manicured and very neat. We love living in this community!!"
"Do not get an apartment here. The manager is a shrew. The gates for the apartments were left open, as they were broken. Cars were broken into and she did not take responsibility for the matter. You can't even park close to the sidewalk with out getting a fine. So many rules it's compatible to North Korea."
"I moved here in May of 2022. In this time I have come to appreciate the management which keeps the property running smoothly and in beautiful condition. In addition I love that it has mixed demographics. As an 82 year old I appreciate seeing younger people and children as well as older, retired folk like me. I also appreciate a maintenance staff who responds quickly to needs. The property is quiet without loud parties. The pool and dog yard are well-maintained as are the gardens and trees which are abundant. I am happy with my 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and expect to remain here for some time to come."
"The apartment complex is very well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful. The apartment residents are quiet and professional There are many older people as well as professionals who live there. I love that the complex is gated and that there is adequate security. The manager expects a high standard of conduct by the residents, and that is what makes the apartment complex safe and clean for all the residents. We've rented two different apartments there and the apartments were clean when we moved in."
"I went on the wait list and they collected my $900 deposit before I was able to view the unit, as there wasn’t anything available to view. After paying the deposit, they quickly provided the deposit agreement (one page in the lease paperwork), withholding the rest of the lease agreement, information, and their rules. I signed the deposit agreement, trusting that they were luxury units as advertised. When my unit became available, I requested to view the unit. As soon as I walked into the leasing office, she immediately asked for my signed lease agreement. Before providing the signed lease agreement, I requested to view the unit. She allowed me to do so, but stated that she wasn’t able to come with me. After a short time, the agent came into the unit stating that she needed to take her lunch break. This was the last day I was able to sign the lease agreement per the agreement. The unit was very nasty inside. It did not appear to be professionally cleaned and it appeared that the person(s) that had the unit prior didn’t take care of it. The carpet that they replaced was VERY cheap and prickly. The unit had a water leak, which I brought to the apartment agents attention and she acted like it wasn’t there before, almost like I had put it there! I didn’t agree to the terms of the lease agreement stating that the unit was in satisfactory condition. I requested another unit, and they told me that I would have to pay another $900 deposit. I requested my deposit back and they withheld the return of my deposit saying that those things could have been fixed, which it possibly could have been, but it still would not have made this unit luxurious. Things that I noticed in this unit: 1. Cob webs on all light fixtures. 2. Thick lint in light sockets (fire hazard). 3. SUPER rusted out coils on stove. 4. Door jammed to laundry room. 5. Paint job, it was very dreary in there. 6. Base boards were gashed. 7. Windows were unclean, murky, and dusty. 8. Inside of dishwasher was rusted. 9. Water leak under kitchen sink. 10. Inside of kitchen cabinet shelves were extremely stained and filthy. 11. Ice maker in freezer was unclean. 12. Smeared appearance on stainless steal appliances. They were not customer service friendly to fix any of these issues. I contacted corporate several times via phone, email, and certified mail but no one returned to me. I then filed a complaint with the Attorney General. Pictures were filed in the complaint. I welcome anyone to view them, as a complaint with the Attorney General is public information. Although admit-tingly, the pictures did not justly represent the condition of this unit. Arkansas laws do not protect renters but it is still important to file a complaint with the Attorney General. When I first went on site to these apartments, the leasing agent didn’t offer to give me a tour of the complex. I told her I’d like to view the amenities, and I had to go back to ask for access after telling her I was walking the complex. There wasn’t anyone else in the office at the time. Additionally, there was confusing/misinformation given from the complex to setup electricity. If you do not connect to electricity in time, you pay the apartments. You do not know if the bill is honorable. These apartments are advertised as luxury apartments. And at the time, these were the most expensive apartments in the area. I believe I was handled unjustly in this situation, which cost me $900, plus application fees, ect. Apartment complexes are making it more difficult to know what you’re getting yourself into before having to pay large fees. Just because it’s beautiful on the outside, does not mean it’s beautiful on the inside. Please be cautious!"
