"The fact that this company has a monopoly in my area and our business has no other choice is is the ONLY reason I deal with this pathetic excuse of a company. We have more experiences of poor service with this company than any I’ve dealt with in my many years in business. The only reason we don’t buy from a liquor store is legality. If I could legally buy from ANYONE else, I’d happily pay triple the prices just to not have to ever deal with this horrible company. One star is being generous."
