"They ripped off my dad charging him over $300 even I watched him getting on his knees scrubbing the entire place leaving it spotless."
"They will find any excuse to keep your deposit. They charge $195 (FIXED) cleaning fee but they don't clean even if it's just simple dusting needed. That's what the manager says if something is dirty "we don't clean, we replace" so if you left some dust on ceiling fans, they will charge you to replace the fans."
"Apartment wasn't not made ready manager apologized that this was an oversight on her part, huh lived across the street from her office. You don't release keys to new tenant until she has done a walk through. I have managed 3 different complexes myself. Also refused my pet deposit and monthly fees, she stated dog was over 35LBS but yet new tenant behind me was allowed a 80 pound Lab and neighbors next to me had a dog that weighed at least 70 lbs. She made me move my dog off property. A friend with a fence kept him for me. She also refused to walk my property upon my 1 year lease date. Gave her a 300.00 deposit . She also refused to walk through move out after I finished scrubbing her nasty unit and turned in my keys on time and said oh, I am sure everything is ok. Then she kept my deposit and billed me for smoking in property , MY mom was on OXYGEN cannot smoke in unit or you could blow up. Then she billed me for 189.00 above deposit amount for paint and to kilts unit. YOU DON'T KILTS A UNIT UNLESS YOU HAVE MOLD, MILDEW OR A VERY DARK PAINTED WALL. WE HAD NONE OF THESE THINGS. MAINTENANCE CREW WERE FIRED (2 YOUNG MEN) ABOUT 2 MONTHS AFTER WE MOVED IN. GRANITE FLOORS WERE NOT PROPERLY GROUTED, OTHERS COMPLAINED ON THIS ALSO. PAINT AND TRIM WORK WERE AWFUL. SHE WAS TO SOD BACKYARD, WE DID THAT. HAD BEAUTIFUL YARD IN MAY. I HOPE SHE IS NO LONGER MANAGER SHE HAS NO CLUE WHAT SHE IS DOING. TO PAINT AND KILTS MEANS THERE IS MOLD , MILDEW, OR A VERY DARK WALL PAINT NEEDS TO BE COVERED BEFORE YOU ARE TO PAINT. ALL UNITS WHEN A TENANT MOVES OUT REGARDLESS ,THIS IS PART OF WHAT IS CALLED A MAKE READY BY MAINTENANCE THEY ARE TO MAKE ALL REPAIRS NEEDED AND PAINT ENTIRE UNIT REGARDLESS OF CONDITION OF EACH UNIT, THEN MANAGER IS TO WALK UNIT AND CHECK "EVERYTHING" LIKE OVERSPRAY OF PAINT ONTO CABINETS ALSO OUR SO CALLED GRANITE COUNTERTOPS WERE FORMICA AND CHIPPED LOL...STAINLESS STEELE APPLIANCES STREAKED STEAM OFF OF DISHWASHER OH, BUT THESE WERE FINGERPROOF SHE SAID. THESE APPLIANCES WERE ADDED TO OUR RENT FOR 100.00 EXTRA DOLLARS. DOORS WERE NOT WEATHER STRIPPED PROPERLY. WE HAD FLY PROBLEMS SHE SAID HANG UP SOME GLUE STRIPS..LOL THAT'S REAL ATTRACTIVE TO YOUR HOME. THIS PLACE WAS A DISASTER. NEVER LIVED IN A UNIT THAT WASN'T MADE COMPLETELY READY. YOUR GARBAGE CANS FOR PICK UP STAYED BY YOUR FRONT BEDROOM WINDOW COULD VIEW FROM STREET, SO UNATRACTIVE . TRIM AND CUT IN PAINT WORK WERE AWFUL BUT SHE PROMISED ALL THIS WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE WE MOVED IN. THAT WAS NOT SO. CAT HAIR ABOVE KITCHEN CABINETS WAS AWFUL. WE HAD MICE TOLD US TO PUT OUT TRAPS..WE ALSO HAD SPIDERS. UNDER CARPORT THE ROOF WASN'T MUDDED PROPERLY. THIS WAS A DUPLEX, I DON'T CALL A COCRETE SLAB AT MY BACK DOOR A PATIO HOME OR GARDEN HOME, BE REAL!!!! FAUCETS WEREN'T ATTACHED TO BOTH BATH TUBS, NO CAULK IN BACK BED ROOM, DIRTY CAULK IN FRONT RESTROOM UPON MOVE IN BACKYARD WAS A MUDHOLE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND LIVING HERE TO A DOG. SO GLAD UPON PURCHASING NEW HOME THEY ARE PAYING OFF MY COLLECTION BILL OF 189.00 PLUS THE DEPOSIT OF 300.00 COULD HAVE PAINTED AND REPAIRED WHOLE UNIT. MANAGER ISN'T CAPABLE OF DOING HER JOB DESCRIPTION. NASTY PLACE TO CALL HOME. THANKS TO MY LOAN OFFICER ON MY NEW HOME THEY ARE PAYING HER NOT ME...VA LOAN ZERO DOWN. DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE THE TRASHY LOOK."
"A client of mine lives in one, but after she moved in they raised her rent from $730 to $835. One of their other residents who also happens to be on disability like my client said they raised her rent up after putting in New stainless steel appliances. Their sign listed at the entrance of the developement advertises the rent at $730. My client said they raised the rent from $630 to $730 on that sign.They are nice small 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom homes but be prepared for a price increase within several months after you move in."
