"I have been a loyal customer, even if not frequent, for many years. Trying to support local businesses. I recently purchased an item which I subsequently called to cancel. I was told no problem as it hadn't shipped. I was told the refund would be processed the next day, a Friday or Monday. Not true. Took more than two weeks. In addition, they take your money via credit card but issue your refund via a check which you then have to deposit, cash, etc. How antiquated. Why??? What kind of financing gimmicks are they managing??? I am done with this business."
