"Intake appointment is $400, med checks $200. Had 2 appointments and my lady didn't work there anymore all of a sudden. They wanted me to do another intake appointment with a different provider even though I had one 2 months prior. Called and spoke to billing and they stated no, I would only be charged for a $200 appointment as I had just had an intake appointment 2 months ago. I asked for this in writing. Almost a month later I received a letter in the mail stating it would be $400. Highly don't recommend. Big waste of my time. I understand staff turnover but this was a horrible experience."

"I saw Amy Strand initially and when she had to be out for a month she set me up with Robert Marshall who is one of the best therapists I've had so far. I have never had issues with scheduling (including rescheduling, cancelling, or doing telehealth), paying my bills, or any unkind staff. Everyone's therapy experiences are different and you might not find your therapist here, but I think people are more obligated to leave negative reviews than positive ones so I'd like to change that. I would recommend Lorenz clinic."

I love the ability to be able to direct message his care team compared to other places where you cannot do this. They have been very open and honest with everything so far, I appreciate it."

"Seemed like a decent place when my daughter first started. Months later, her therapist got a promotion and said she would help find a replacement in-house, but basically left her high and dry. I did reach out to see if she had recommendations, but I was told to talk to someone in scheduling to find a new therapist. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem whatsoever taking my daughter elsewhere, just figured I would let others know that it seems that this business does not put their patients well-being first."
