"I came in with my infant daughter, who had diarrhea and vomiting. I was surprised to see what a beautiful new facility this seemed. I got checked in immediately, but sat waiting in a clinic room for over an hour with no one checking on me. The clinic closed at 8 PM and 8 PM approached. No one came to see her so I just left 5 minutes before closed. I told the front desk we were leaving and no one seemed concerned or bothered seeing me walk out with my sick child. Three minutes later as I’m strapping my baby in her car seat the receptionist told me on the way to her car if I only waited 5 more minutes someone would have come. Well, she or one of the other handful of people I spoke to on the way out neglected to say that. The experience was so disappointing, pretty offensive, and also just poor medicine and customer service, especially given that a baby is the patient. Don’t come here."

"Kid twisted their ankle ice skating. Went In for an X-ray at Eagan location. X-ray machine is broken in Eagan. Went here. They were able to get us in. Dr ordered an X-ray (and ironically said "good thing you came in right away, could be a fracture"), but put the wrong leg on X-ray order. Then they submitted another order with the correct one. Then the X-ray machine "wasn't working" so they sent us home. Came back the next day (a work day). Got an X-ray. After the X-ray they told us they would send it to the ordering dr (who didn't work today) and to expect a call/update in 24-48 hours (they were not able to give us results now, and didn't seem concerned). Later that day they called and said it was a fracture and they had to get us in "as soon as possible" to get a boot and crutches. At that point my kid had walked in and out of the clinic 3.5 times unnecessary on a fractured ankle. No offers to put her in wheelchair. Also did not receive discharge paperwork when we received the boot/crutches. We also received different information from different people. Person giving the boot said we didn't really need to see the Dr, and we didn't need crutches. Dr said we needed crutches. Just seems like it could have been handled a lot better. Maybe you'll have better luck."

"My doctor Matthew Sanocki was amazing, after my appointment I feel so confident that I got one of the best medical care in the country, this clinic is as good as Mayo Clinic in Rochester . Highly recommended."

"Went in because sick on Thursday. Waited around 2 and a half hours to be seen. Finally when seen, only tested for strep. When asked if I should be tested for Covid I was told to just ride it out. Next day I am getting worse, do an at home Covid test and it’s positive. So go if you love the urgency of this “urgent” care with a side of the not listening to what the problem is. Wasted an entire morning and a couple hundred $ to get literally no help. If I could rate lower I would."

"I was told at 630, an hour and a half before close, that they were overwhelmed and not taking any more patients for the day. This is what the room looked like and you can see the staff giving the same message to an elderly lady on oxygen who was the only other soul in the room."
