"I am making the assumption that the prescription I was given is accurate, as they have always been with your clinic no matter which doctor has seen me. This particular visit however, I found two things to be wrong, not with the prescription, however. First, the assistant who did the initial test on my eyes, talked non-stop and extremely quickly. He made some comment to the effect of I find that continuous talking patients at ease. That was not the case. I found his continuous chatter to be highly annoying. I literally could not get a word in edgewise. With regard to interactions with the actual doctor, the doctor seemed offended when I asked what the various corrections to my vision in the glasses did. I was trying to ascertain whether or not the glasses corrected the vision or did they actually affect what my eyes did. The doctor seem offended by these questions and told me more than once, that my vision must have been blurry and I had double vision before I got my last prescription, despite my repeatedly telling her that I hadn't. I have been coming to your clinic for over 10 years, and it is only last year that I was diagnosed at your clinic with a prism. This means that: A. The prism was missed for at least the first 9 years, and B. The doctor at my most recent visit was both rude and refused to accept what I told her. I will not be returning to your clinic."
