"I honestly do not know how they keep clients when they customer service reps just do not listen to you. I asked for referrals for a diagnosis and the agent tried to schedule me for a therapy session."

I had the most incompetent therapist I've ever met - she only talked about herself the entire time and if I didn't want to take her terrible advice, she would just try to convince my more that I should do that. Or she'd fixate on one tiny aspect of what I said and try to fix that "issue" when that wasn't the point of my story at all. I am still living this nightmare months later with multiple calls to the billing department to get stuff with my HSA figured out. I thought the issue was resolved until this morning, when I see my therapist charged me $450+ when 1. I only owe $300ish and 2. I set up a payment plan earlier this month to pay $100 monthly until the bills are paid off. Avoid! I'd recommend a fortune teller at a carnival before I recommend this place."

"I see Twlight for medication management. She will not give me refills on my meds along with 90 day prescriptions. I have trouble sleeping and she doesn't want to medicate me for sleep. She wants me to use natural remedies like hot tea for sleep. Those don't work. My therapist Maddie Sandeen is on Maternity Leave and you have no therapists to give clients while most of your therapists are on Maternity Leave. You will loose clients predominately because of this. This is very unprofessional and there are not many other clinics I like besides Ellie. You are so close to where I live in Mendota Heights and that is why I choose Ellie for my therapy and medication management. Now I have second thoughts. There are not many large mental health therapy clinics close to me that will do in person appointments. It is extremely hard to find the care people with mental health issues need right now. People can't wait 6 months or more to get care. it is unaccessible."

My provider is great and I feel that she truly listens to me and takes the time to thoroughly give me the best care and treatment. She doesn't rush through my appointments (which I had bad past experiences with prior providers I've had) and I can tell she actually cares."

"Leaving a review because I saw Ellie didn't even have 4 stars, which is ridiculous. I have to mirror exactly what Julia Deak said. The staff at Ellie Mental Health are PHENOMENAL. I remember working with my therapist before he came to Ellie. When he first told me, I could see the excitement fill his soul. He worked really hard to become the therapist he was today, fighting through ADHD and other set-backs, and finally he made it to Ellie: A renowned care facility with a strong reputation. He was super excited, and I know why now. Their facilities are kept nicely, the staff are wonderful, and I have not heard of anything but good experiences from those I know. So, with all that in mind, I couldn't recommend Ellie more."
